Grow your business in the City of Two Rivers Business Incubators.

Through its Incubators program the City of Two Rivers is currently offering two incubator buildings.  These buildings—or incubators—are available to firms who can build successful businesses over a shorter period of time and then leave the incubator building financially viable and freestanding once their business is able to take on its own independent space.

The City of Two Rivers’ Incubator program works to provide short-term affordable space, tax credits, and low interest loans to new businesses.

With incentives including rent as low as 16 cents per square foot plus 50 percent of rental payments applied to the purchase of a developed site in the City of Two Rivers Woodland Industrial Park, leasing an incubator building while your business gets off the ground can be a smart option.

The City of Two Rivers offers low interest loans starting at 3% up to prime rate. For every full time job created, the City loans $20,000 - provided the business invests $40,000 per fulltime job. TID is also available for larger projects.
