The Mission of the Manitowoc County Aging and Disability Resource Center of the Lakeshore is to enable older and/or disabled citizens in Manitowoc and Kewaunee Counties to find and make use of the resources in their communities, helping them experience life with self-sufficiency, security and dignity.
